Please contact us by telephone, fax or e-mail.
Most of our staff cannot speak English, so it’s recommended to send e-mail.

We need information for time and distance of the trip to calculate the bus fare.
So we want to know these;
-Rough schedule
-What day do you need the bus?
-How many people are there in your group?
-Do you have luggage? How much?

• Reply

We check the booking status and if we can provide a bus for you, we’ll tell you the bus fare. Please note;

-The price includes tax.
-The price does not include parking fees and toll fees.
-You’ll have to pay these the day of the trip by cash in JPY.

• STEP03
• Reservation

Please confirm the bus fare and if it’s okay, please tell us.
If you change the schedule, we may need to change the bus fare.
So, let us know immediately the changes.

• STEP04
• Payment

We’ll send the invoice to you 2 weeks prior to the departure day.
Please confirm it and make a bank transfer payment so that we can confirm it by the day of departure.

• STEP05
• Day of departure

Our driver will meet you at the time and place you chose.
