Trip preparation
-We recommend you should make an early reservation since it’s very crowded on weekend and national holiday of tourist season.
-The departure or arrival place must be in Osaka or Kyoto, Hyogo prefecture.
-The bus fare must be paid by cash in JPY, on the day of departure or by bank transfer before the day of departure.
-Please make a reservation 1 week prior to the desired departure date.
-Our driver can speak Japanese only.
We can arrange an interpreter guide for on extra fee.
Or we can provide you a small hand-hold device for interpreting, “POCKETALK”.

Most of our staff cannot speak English, so it’s recommended to send e-mail.
We need information for time and distance of the trip to calculate the bus fare.
So we want to know these;
-Rough schedule
-What day do you need the bus?
-How many people are there in your group?
-Do you have luggage? How much?
We check the booking status and if we can provide a bus for you, we’ll tell you the bus fare.
Please note;
-The price includes tax.
-The price does not include parking fees and toll fees.
-You’ll have to pay these the day of the trip by cash in JPY.
Please confirm the bus fare and if it’s okay, please tell us.
If you change the schedule, we may need to change the bus fare.
So, let us know immediately the changes.
We’ll send the invoice to you 2 weeks prior to the departure day.
Please confirm it and make a bank transfer payment so that we can confirm it by the day of departure.
Our driver will meet you at the time and place you chose.
